DAWG Nation Colorado

Survivor Game

Every game in the DAWG Bowl Tourney delivers great hockey and brings amazing people together, but the Survivor Game stands out as the weekend’s highlight. It’s the heart of the annual DAWG Bowl—a special game honoring players who’ve overcome life‑changing injuries or illnesses to return to the ice. This will be the most inspiring event of the weekend; it’s a powerful reminder that hockey heals.

The Midwest region

On June 13, 2026, 6:00 p.m., at the Maryville University Hockey Center we will host the region’s first-ever Survivor Game, sponsored by Alexander Plumbing and Remodeling. This special event will celebrate amazing athletes who have overcome cognitive, physical, and visual disabilities. You can even participate in honor of someone special.
