We greatly appreciate any support you can provide, whether it’s contributing items, helping set up, or assisting during the scramble. Donations and raffle items can be dropped off at All In Shipping, 5343 Belleville Crossing Street, Belleville, IL 62226. Drop-off hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

Kodiak’s Journey

On May 22, 2024, Kodiak suffered a seizure while driving, losing consciousness for over an hour behind the wheel. It marked a major turning point in his life. Once a devoted, hardworking blue-collar man who rarely missed work, he began having seizures more frequently and with greater severity. One particularly frightening incident left him stranded in the middle of oncoming traffic, making it clear this was no longer something he could just ignore or power through. General Rules & Conditions — Triple Lakes Golf Club

• Only two riders and two bags are allowed per golf cart
• All participants must follow the safety rules printed inside the golf cart and drive responsibly based on course conditions
• Each participant must have their own set of clubs or rent clubs from the Pro Shop
  Participants must follow the Dress Code
• Only 6‑pack size coolers are permitted on golf carts
• Children under 10 years old are not allowed on the golf course at any time
• No glass containers are allowed on the golf course
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart
  Children must remain in the pavilion area
• Keep children away from golf carts entering or exiting the pavilion area
