Nicole and her journey in hope of better health
Nicole, a devoted mother of two, is facing a tough medical battle. In the summer of 2024, she was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Her son, Kellen, has been an active member of the Southern Illinois IceHawks youth hockey program for the past three seasons, while her husband, Justin, has played with the STL Blues Warriors, a team for disabled military veterans, for several years. We ask for your support in showing the strength and unity of the hockey community as the family navigates this difficult time.
DAWGS and TBL team up.
With TBL by our side, we came together for the annual TBL and DAWG Nation 3v3 Youth Hockey Tournament. Over the weekend, the hockey community showed its strength and solidarity during this challenging time. We were honored to present the White family with a check for $11,000. Nicole’s husband, Justin, has become part of our pack and regularly joins our Hockey Heals program.
